As the Senior Director of Operations & SRE for Centene Corporation, I am presently responsible for the stability, observability, and architectural maturity for over 85 enterprise applications/tools in the healthcare domain. I have 20 years' experience in technical talent leadership, strategic vendor selection and oversight, strategic and tactical planning, budget management, and program-level leadership in the financial services and healthcare industries.I am passionate about developing talent, increasing productivity and quality through automation, fostering innovation, failing fast, understanding the competitive landscape, being a conduit of change, building partnerships based on trust, and mentoring. I have successfully lead the delivery the industry's first entirely customizable client statement, and received recognition for my leadership of an enterprise solution for auditing that saved $25M over five years. I am also the leader of Centene's Pega Center of Excellence. I greatly value and encourage diversity in the workplace.
