In this role, I lead a team of over 50 professionals across sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and strategy functions. I am responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing plans, managing the P&L, expanding the market share, and strengthening the brand image of Putzmeister India. I have successfully launched new products, secured large contracts, and increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. I have also contributed to the innovation and digitalization of the company's processes and offerings, leveraging my engineering background and domain expertise.
