Presently working as Associate Professor, Curriculum Development Centre, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research Sector- 26, Chandigarh – 160019 (under Ministry of Education, Government of India), having more than 40 years of experience, including one and half years in Punjab Irrigation Department. Areas of Interest: Civil Engineering, Pedagogy (Instructional Planning, Delivery and Student Evaluation), Curriculum Design; Implementation and Evaluation, Life/Soft Skills (including Ethics, and Values, Team Working, Inter-personal Skills, Leadership, Motivation, Time Management, Ethical Communication) Communication Skills (Verbal - Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing; and Non-Verbal: Body Language and, Developing Placement Skills, Sports, Spirituality, Yoga, Meditation and Wellness (Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual) etc.Well-traveled in India and abroad. He has traveled to USA, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Vatican, Belgium, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Philippines, Nepal etc.FIE member of Institution of Engineers (India) and Life member of Indian Society for Technical Education.Published 9 Books, Published/Presented more than 90 Papers In the International and National Journals/Conferences/Seminars, and More than 100 Reports.
