As a Customer Service Sales Representative at Superior Propane, I deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the growth and success of my team and organization. I provide accurate and reliable delivery information, review customer account information, and ensure that any emergency or escalation is resolved and delegated properly. I also use ADDS software to document all customer phone calls and to apply and leverage developed procedures and processes to effectively answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer expectations. I am currently pursuing my Associate's degree in Marketing from Humber College, where I am learning the fundamentals of marketing strategy, research, and analytics. I am also certified in Google Ads Search, Display, and Measurement, which demonstrates my ability to create and optimize online advertising campaigns. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table, as I have a previous degree in Criminal Justice from Sheridan College and a background in loss prevention and criminal justice, where I conducted surveillance, prepared reports, and testified in court. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the marketing and customer service field.
