With a strong foundation in systems analysis, application support, and process improvement, I've worked across banking, education, and manufacturing industries to help organizations streamline workflows and deliver technology solutions that meet real business needs. Most recently, I served as a Solutions Engineer at Bremer Bank, where I was responsible for managing enterprise job scheduling through UC4 and providing vendor support for platforms such as GiftSoft and FIS. Prior to that, I worked as a Business Analyst at Advanced Technology Services and a Software Product Analyst at Infinite Campus, where I focused on gathering requirements, supporting product enhancements, and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams.
