With +5 years of work experience in the Asian & North American Markets, he has advised the clients on its compliance requirements helping them create repositories of applicable compliance requirements including identification of the applicable laws, regulations, circulars and extracting applicable compliances from such laws. He is professionally trained in 'Bloomberg Asset and Investment Manager', a next generation front-end trading system with solid track record of responding to/ implementing regulatory change initiatives. He has created compliance policy, compliance framework and manual, compliance road-map, GAP analysis based on the ISO requirements and best practices for the clients.He was actively involved in $300 Million IPO of UTI Asset Management Company Limited.
