Parth is an enthusiastic and cheerful person always looking to interact with people and getting to know their stories. He believes in helping others and feels that one should strive to be a good listener. He is an adaptive and flexible person who can adapt to complex situations. He believes these qualities were imbibed in him by changing cities every 2-3 years being from an Air Force background. He believes in staying calm and composed even in the most precarious of situations.Parth is currently pursuing PGDM-HRM from MDI Gurgaon, his interpersonal skills and people skills have always drawn him towards pursuing a career in Human Resources. He believes every employee adds value to an organisation and should be made to feel so as well as be appreciated. He strongly believes that any organisation's strongest assets are its employees.In his time at TCS, he has developed his IT skills and technical acumen. He has learned about Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, SQL, Incident and Problem Management, etc. He cherishes the exposure and interaction with senior members of the organisation as well as his UK-based clients. He also considers himself fortunate to get the opportunity to mentor multiple new joiners at the organisation.
