About Parth Vaze

My fascination with electricity began during a visit to a transformer factory in Mumbai, India, sparking my interest in the generation, transmission, and distribution of electric power. This early experience inspired me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, building a strong foundation in power systems. I furthered my expertise through a Master’s in Sustainable Electric Power Engineering and Electromobility at Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, as an IPOET Scholar, where I focused on electromobility, battery systems, and electrical drives. During this time, I actively contributed to student organizations, served as Treasurer of the Chalmers International Reception Committee, Vice President of Chalmers RANG, and worked as a High Voltage team member on the Chalmers Solar Team. Professionally, I gained hands-on experience at Volvo Group, working on diagnostic systems for electric trucks through the Power Up program, where I developed test codes, conducted bench testing, and authored technical documentation. I am now excited to begin my role as a Project Engineer with Hitachi Energy’s Valve Cooling team, contributing to global projects and further developing my expertise in sustainable power systems. I am passionate about leveraging my skills in sustainable power engineering and electromobility to drive innovative, eco-friendly solutions for electricity generation, transmission, and consumption.
