An accomplished professional with 7.2 years in clinical research and over 8 years of experience in teaching with proven skills to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals. In Clinical research, started carrier as Clinical Research Associate in all aspects of project phases from site selection to close out in Oncology for 1 year 10 months. Managed 16 sites across the country and more than 70 monitoring visits as a monitor for Oncology trial. I also have experience in Clinical Project Management and worked with team of global site monitors (across different geographical regions) to ensure timely delivery of clinical part of trial to expected quality, using agreed systems and tools. I served as first point of contact between local sites and CRO personnel. Currently working as Senior Central Monitor (RBM+) and performing RMV at site.Worked closely till the DBL and post DBL in two projects. Very recently completed the fCML training and assessment. • Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
