I am a seasoned application programmer professional with 11+ years of experience and a proven history of implementing complex projects for reputable business clients, such as Verizon, MassMutual, XPO Logistics, and PruBsn. I have always been passionate about using technology to create products/tools that will help people or businesses achieve their goals. I have carried this passion throughout my career successfully developing, enhancing, and implementing software products for different clients. In each of my roles, I focused not only on how to optimize engineering processes or improve product/system performance but also on how those things could help to improve overall efficiency and business outcomes. My expertise encompasses all aspects of the software development life cycle, including planning, analysis, design, testing, coding, and deployment. Further, having served as an Application Programmer within the supply chain, telecommunications, and insurance industries, I am accustomed to the rigors of fast-paced environments that require a sharp attention to detail, consummate accuracy, and excellent teamwork skills. Throughout my career, I have established a track record of success by leveraging a collaborative leadership style to accomplish all short-/long-range objectives. When working with XPO Logistics, one of the world’s largest transportation and logistics service providers, I successfully completed 60% of the software development tasks within the 25% of the remaining project deadline hitting all milestones and achieving project goals. Additionally, as a Senior Application Consultant with Aurous Consultancy, I was one of the key contributors to staying on schedule with an ambitious migration project for an insurance company achieving a 99% migration rate/sprint. I am a big picture thinker who enjoys taking ownership of projects while adopting high standards of performance excellence. This includes a range of the software development and technical guidance aspects, such as release scheduling, architecture, data analytics, cross-functional collaborations as well as guiding a team of developers – everything related to creating successful products.
