Partho Banerjee has spearheaded the Telecom business with specific focus on infrastructure development and operational efficacy in IT and Telecom Network domains. He has been passionately driving key business operating metrics like Revenue, Gross Margin, PARD/Inventories, Cost Optimization and upsale opportunities. He has been a key Telecom professional within India since privatization of Telecom industry (circa 1994) with cross-border exposure and training undertaken from the Bigwigs of Telecom Industry (Nortel, Telstra, IBM Global Services, Nokia-Siemens to name just a few). His biggest strength however lies in his leadership capabilities, business acumen and professional networking. Since Nov, 2017, Partho is responsible for Services Business Unit in Indonesia, based in Jakarta for Nokia Networks for all key customers. Previously, Partho had been responsible for Managed Services BL in India for Nokia Networks. Transformation, disruptive cost optimization and new business modelling have been the key "mantras" of success. SBU Leadership and P&L accountability are his current focus areas. Effective Nov, 2014, Partho was the Head of GS NI Execution Excellence in Nokia Networks, accountable for Operational Performance, Competence Development and Quality & Automation strategy of Global NI Business Line. In Sep.' 2010, Partho had been Customer Operations Manager for Nokia Siemens Networks. In this role, he had been aggressively pushing the Telecom Network Infrastructure across a major Telecom Service Provider in India, being responsible for the launch of 3G Services in its entirety with specific focus on Quality Optimization. Partho has been responsible for teams as large as human resources and as diverse as the National demography. He has travelled extensively across the globe on strategic business missions and reviews, training programs and growth labs. Simplicity & application of 1st principles has been his guiding hallmark.
