About Parul Arora

With over 8 years of work experience, I am a passionate and driven product manager, entrepreneur, and leader. I have a strong background in strategy and marketing, and a deep interest in the food and wellness industry. I am currently working as a Senior product manager at Dabur, one of the leading FMCG companies in India, where I am responsible for developing and launching innovative products for E-commerce. Previously, I was the founder of Jarved, a startup that reimagined tea and coffee by eliminating middlemen and bringing farm fresh products to consumers. I led a team of 20 people and managed all aspects of the business, from sourcing, branding, and marketing, to operations, finance, and customer service. I also partnered with small to medium organic farms across the world, and created a loyal customer base of tea and coffee lovers. Through Jarved, I leveraged my skills in entrepreneurship, leadership, and team building, and learned valuable lessons in product development, market research, and customer feedback.
