A proactive Production Head with experience in resource management, material management, key projects management & material control. Expertise in interpretation of various clients’ specifications, datasheets, & engi neering. Currently associated with Flexoplast Engineering.(I) Pvt Ltd. as Production Head Worked and managed a team, of 29 people divided across 3 teams, to work on 8 projects simultaneously. Handled multiple complex project,including manufacturing testing and installation of, Fuel pipes, Diseal pipe, Aseembly pipe,High Pressure Tube etc. Worked cross-functionally by managing, monitoring and coordinating with the marketing, design, produc- tion, inspection and dispatch team, Awareness of 7QC Tools, TS and ISO Requirements. Introduced and implemented, A Planning Tool to plan and expedite the project, which helped increase transparency, efficiency and coordination of the project by 38%. Prepared Standard Company BOM,FIFO and Kanban implementation,coordination with Purchase department, Brochure and Product-focused, technical-centric Booklets which helped mar keting team to give presentations more efficiently thus observing a sharp rise in the number of work orders received by about 50%. Managed the complete project stretching from devising the cost of the project till the inspection and dis- patch of the equipment thus becoming a common point of contact between clients and Flexoplast. Import RM Stock and Scheduling,Control Plan Updation & Monitoring Also working on expanding our product line by introducing a new product in order to increase Company’s profit, reduce dependency
