I am currently working as a Client Services/Customer Support Analyst with S&P Global. I am working in Financial and Information Service Industry where I am primarily focused on Financial markets and operations settling syndicated loans for both LSTA/LMA capital markets on a daily basis to ensure best quality of service being provided to our clients through the firm's financial products and tools. I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technology. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering the apt solutions, work with a team spirit and open to quickly adapt to any new learnings. I try to educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person. Professional Skills : Experienced in MS Office, ClearPar, WSO, Azure, Salesforce and other Markit Loan Platforms tools. Domain Knowledge: Responsible for providing financial information to clients; Client on-boarding, setting up new trade accounts, Principal accounts, Agent accounts, financial institutions, Fund manager etc on ClearPar; Uploading, managing funds and documents for clients; Creating and mapping MEIs for the clients so as to provide global coverage to the entities in the Loan market; Updation of Standard Settlement Instructions for smooth trade settlements; Actively speak with customers to ensure they understand how to use the functionality of the ClearPar; Provide frontline daily support to all clients and also conduct follow ups for client outreach based off SLAs as necessary.
