I am a full-time MBA – Marketing, and Finance from Amity Business School, Noida. Dynamic and Energetic Customer Excellence and Lead Management Specialist with 11 + years of experience in the Real estate industry. Currently, managing multiple projects and doing the Collections, managing the company Leads sustaining Client and Broker Relations, and Commissions. Have excelled in improving many operational areas in the department, including Collections, Broker relations, Leads, and customer relationships. Obsessed with staying organized and making everyone’s life easier. My years of experience in CRM and Business Excellence have allowed me to learn and improve many vital skills. Familiar with main software related to customer relationship management (Pre and Post sales), which includes Salesforce, Hubspot, Oracle, Sugar CRM, CEP, and Opera. My extensive experience of over 11 + years in the Real Estate industry has provided me with the skills and knowledge, necessary to create and maintain positive customer service and relationships. I am excited about the prospect of working with business consumers and clients and expanding my knowledge of the marketing industry. I also worked with a team to implement the sales force customization and create and implement the system.
