My career spans wealth management, payments, loyalty and asset servicing with a deep expertise in insurance. My greatest inspiration and joy come from building, leading and growing world class teams. I value listening to the expertise around the table, crafting compelling narratives to motivate, and knowing when to step in and when to step back. I foster a culture of transparency, inclusivity, empathy, and respect, enabling my team to reach their full potential and deliver superior business results. I thrive when creating new solutions for market opportunities, defining and creatively executing big ideas within constraints and improving client and employee experiences. My dedication extends to causes such as culturally sensitive long-term care and retirement housing, domestic abuse, elder care, immigration, and mental health. Currently, I serve as a Board Member for Summit Housing and Outreach Programs as well as Indus Community Services Foundation. I also serve as a Mentor for the Women in Leadership Foundation.
