Background
About Parva Sheth
I am a Front End Process Integration Engineer at Intel’s Manufacturing Development & Customer Engineering (MDCE) group tasked with ramping up yields for Intel’s cutting edge technology nodes in early HVM phases. I am coming in with about 3 years of Integration experience at TSMC in the 4nm process node. On a day-to-day basis, I handle a huge amount of foundry data to draw valuable insights and assist in yield and performance improvement, SPC defence, and qualification matching for tech-transfers across fabs. I have owned multiple new tape-out pi-runs (NPIs) and have assisted in solving highly integrated issues affecting Fab Yield and operational capability. Part of my job is to come up with various DOE's to translate into continuous improvement plans (CIPs) and help in Process development and productivity enhancement. I am always looking to learn more about the industry so feel free to dm me!Educational background : Graduated with a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021 with concentrated coursework in Semiconductors and Data Science. I am a 2019 IIT Guwahati Alumnus with a major in Engineering Physics and a minor in Electronics and Communication Engineering.I have prior experience in Process design & development with keen interest in microelectronics, Thin Films and Novel devices for neuro-morphic computing. I also have a hands-on clean-room fabrication and characterization experience and have fabricated various micro-bio-sensor designs and devices. Moreover, I love to explore the biomedical aspect of Nanotechnology & I have previously created a coating technology for novel cardiovascular implants to improve their lifespan by 30%.During my time at UPenn, I worked as a fellow of the Penn Center for Innovation and assisted in the technology transfers of indigenous Penn Technologies. My role included performing invention & market assessments through thorough prior art searches & patent evaluations, and preparing Confidential and Non-confidential summaries for disclosures by Penn affiliated PIs.Apart from my Job, academics and research, I love to play soccer and have captained the University soccer team of IIT Guwahati. Administratively, I also managed the financial & maintenance related issues of the Soccer Club at IIT Guwahati for the financial year 2017-2018. I love to unite people to work towards a common goal and my association with the soccer team has been one of the best managerial stints so far.
