Roles and Responsibilities: MTSS COMPLIANCE- 1. Transaction monitoring with various parameters. 2. Timely submission of STR and CTR to FIU-IND. 3. Agent training on MTSS regulations and data integrity. 4. Agent Due Diligence/Documentation/Record keeping etc. 5. Perform ad hoc investigations of suspicious transactions/fraud detections as identified internally or reported by agents. 6. To assist Principal compliance officer in managing the Fraud control operations. 7. To co-ordinate with concurrent Auditor for assessing the areas of compliance breaches/ failures and rectification thereof. 8. Observation of Transactions between High Risk Countries and coordinate and conduct audits of compliance. 9. Collect POP from agents for the required transactions as requested by the overseas principals for queries raised and close the query within TAT. 10. Put up to the Board report on findings observations and more particularly the deviation from the KYC/AML procedures and also the company policies and procedures whether committed by the staff incharge or occuring due to system lapses so as to identify reasons of such lapses and take corrective measures. 11. Maintain reports (hard copy) in-order to submit to RBI officials during their visit on inspection. MTSS OPERATIONS- 1. Onboarding agents which includes document verification processing for login creation. 2. Creating platform through agent connect. 3. Resolving operational related queries. 4. Monthly reports.
