Hello, I'm Pasan - a solution oriented Cloud Architect Associate with over 4 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling tech infrastructure. I'm currently focused on designing, deploying and managing Azure infrastructure for cloud-native applications at IFS - a global leader in enterprise SaaS. Previously, I worked as a Cloud Engineer at SLT and a Network Engineer at Dialog Axiata - two of Sri Lanka’s leading telecom providers. My cloud credentials include the Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700), Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305) and AWS Solutions Architect Associate (SAA-C03) certifications. I’m also proficient in a range of cloud and enabling technologies, including Azure, AWS, VMware, Linux, Docker and Python. I recently earned a Master’s in Applied Computer Science from VUB (Belgium) with great distinction, and hold a B.Sc. Eng. Honours degree from the University of Ruhuna. My journey blends real-world engineering, academic research and impactful technical projects across cloud and network domains. Besides my full-time engineering role, I contribute part-time as a visiting lecturer and cloud trainer, helping students and other professionals build their cloud foundation. Driven by a passion for scalable, secure and high-performance cloud solutions, I thrive on optimizing infrastructure to unlock real value and lasting impact.
