About Pascal Bassey

I am a Nigerian by birth, went to high school, and did my bachelor's degree in Nigeria. I proceeded to go to the United Kingdom to further my education in sustainable education. I really like playing football and watching football. I also enjoy cycling in the woods. Coming from a social and educational background, I like meeting and interacting with people. I started my professional career as a university lecturer, teaching students in their first, second, and third years in the faculty of social science for about five years. During this period, I specialized in social interaction—how humans interact with each other and with the environment. After some time, I transitioned to a new role as a production supervisor, where I managed and oversaw the production process at a manufacturing company. My role as a production supervisor required a different set of skills and knowledge, which I acquired through on-the-job training and the learning process. Subsequently, I moved on to become a senior process executive, where I worked on process improvement initiatives, analyzing and identifying areas for optimization within the organization. In this role, I was responsible for implementing new processes and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Currently, I work as a recruiter, sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various job positions in our organization. As a recruiter, I possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and attract top talent. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated adaptability and versatility, successfully transitioning between different roles and industries. I have acquired a diverse set of skills and knowledge, making myself a valuable asset to any organization.
