Pascal has more than 25 years of experience in technologies industry specifically for the past 17 years as a founding partner of M'Pact, a pioneer in digital signage where he held the position of Vice President Operations and Business Development. With strong leadership and organizational qualities, he is a productivity leader and growth-oriented manager that maximize profits. His long experience has allowed him to acquire strong knowledge in digital signage, interactive solutions, multiplatform broadcasting, background music and telecommunication. He has the qualifications for corporate / executive management, large-scale project management, business development, RFP process, procurement and import, finance, corporate finance and business process. A pioneer of digital signage in Canada, he actively participated in the development of the first major successes in digital signage in Quebec (Loto-Québec, Couche Tard, Bell / Montreal Airport, Desjardins) and is considered one of the leaders in this market. He has participated in the financing and development of M'Pact since its founding being responsible for operations, finance, legal and business development. His organizational and business management skills have made M'Pact a profitable company with one of the highest levels of customer satisfaction. From 1998 to 2002, 4 years as a telecommunication consultant that allowed him to realize and direct large-scale projects such as the deployment of the first IPVPN credit-debit network in Quebec (Couche Tard), the architecture and the implementation Loblaws' headquarters LAN stations) and the complete redesign of Provigo's LAN / WAN network. From 1991 to 1998, 7 years at Telebec, a Bell subsidiary, as Network Specialist and Technical Support Manager.
