About Pascal Derivaz

I like to introduce myself as a person who can transform ideas and projects into products that you can sell or methods that improve production processes. I had many occasions to prove that throughout my career (and really enjoyed doing it!). At Fluid Automation System I took over the total responsibility for a department which was in a development phase when I joined: it became a key department for innovation and for the future of the company. At ETA (Swatch Group), I was involved in the famous Swatch Beat (based on Internet time) that was a Nick Hayek idea and project, and also worked directly on the Tissot T-touch (both very innovative). At the age of 27 I was given the responsibility for an entire R&D department at Meto Fer Elektronik. More recently I was production site Manager in the surface treatment field (50 people). I bought an IT company in 2012 and ran it successfully until I sold it at the end of last year. I'm currently meeting people from different industries in order to define my new challenges to come.
