newcleo is a private UK based company founded in 2021 to create a disruptive new approach to extracting energy from Nuclei that is completely safe, clean, renewable and technologically accessible. Newcleo is building the next generation of nuclear energy. As an expert in developing energy-related activities in France and abroad (China, United States, Japan, Europe), I co-construct and negotiate complex industrial project. I pilot the deployment of new technologies and solutions for the business development or the implementation of public policy. I put all my energy into economic development while improving the environmental footprint to better cope with climate change. Close to the teams in the field and a force for proposals, I unite experts around projects and facilitate the emergence of innovative solutions that create value for clients, partners and the company. I create, I concretize and I accompany the projects. As a manager, I rely on the collective brainpower of my teams to give meaning and dynamism to actions. I strive to acknowledge, leverage and integrate cultural and local particularities, obtain buy-in and commitment from teams’ members, share successes, and develop talents.
