About Pascal Gerardus Angriawan

Most HR transformations fail not because of bad strategy, but because no one bridges the gap between the boardroom and the system. That's the gap I work in. I'm an Human Capital and digital transformation professional at Bank Mandiri, where I turn complex organizational priorities into working platforms, cleaner processes, and teams that actually use what gets built. My background cuts across HR systems, credit process reengineering, performance management, and employee experience, always with a bias toward things that are practical, not just presentable. Outside of the day job, I write and think about where AI is taking the future of work, particularly in HR analytics, intelligent decision support, and what it means to lead people in an era of algorithmic management. I believe the HC professionals who thrive in the next decade will be the ones who learn to think like technologists without losing their humanity. I share those ideas here on LinkedIn and on Medium. If that resonates, follow along, or reach out. Always happy to exchange ideas with people building at the edge of HR and technology.
