Additionally, credited with orchestrating the formation and operations of a highly effective legal team spanning different locations, showcasing adeptness in strategic team design and management within a global context. Advising at the intersection of IT and healthcare I have a keen understanding of software development contracts (including respective partnering/licensing deals), distribution (including go-to market approach for digital health products and platforms) and regulatory frameworks (IVDR/MDR, EU Data Act, EU AI Act). I am deeply passionate about the evolving landscape of data protection and its paradigm shift towards data sharing. I am contributing as an author and speaker on topics related to (digital) health law and have been actively involved in industry advocacy at the European Union level, engaging with policymakers and regulators for several years.
