I'm an experienced environmental engineer and product portfolio manager with a strong commitment to sustainability and circularity, guided by the Cradle to Cradle principle. With over 5 years of experience, I have successfully managed the growth of material passports for buildings and products, as well as three innovative software products, all of which aim to contribute to the transition to a circular economy across different industries. What I do: Software solutions for sustainability: I specialize in managing a dynamic portfolio of three software products with sustainability at the heart of their development- Conpli → a tool for organizing product approvals in construction projects - proca: an automated service for checking construction products for ESG requirements - EPEA's Trustee Material Toolbox (TMT) → a tool for optimizing supply chains according to Cradle to Cradle® Material Passports: I am responsible for the development and implementation of EPEA's material passports for buildings and products, which we have been calling "Circularity Passport" since the first applications within the H2020 Buildings as Material Banks (BAMB) project. I oversee an internal software that allows EPEA consultants to create these passports and evaluate them across projects to create benchmarks. Life Cycle Assessments (LCA): I am responsible for overseeing all Life Cycle Assessments for buildings and products at Drees & Sommer and EPEA and have therefore been able to develop a deep knowledge of LCA in different applications.
