My story begins with a deep-rooted passion for technology and innovation, which led me to earn a Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Eager to make an impact, I dove headfirst into the tech industry and made a successful transition into sales & customer success management. One of my most memorable chapters unfolded at Canon EMEA, where I spearheaded B2B Office Solutions pre-sales, sales, and marketing, achieving great results. In Riyadh, I managed large contract negotiations and positioned Canon Saudi Arabia as a key player in digital transformation. A brief but impactful stint with Darkmatter LLC in Abu Dhabi saw me setting up the operations structure for a new digital government services platform. Before these roles, I honed my skills at NavLink, where I managed IT and customer support across multiple countries. My leadership there resulted in streamlined operations and enhanced customer experiences. Continuous learning is my mantra, backed by an Executive MBA and recent certifications in sales management and customer success.
