I’m an international leader & senior manager with a legal & compliance backgound with a lot of curiosity and the will to question and change things. I have over 20 years of experience as a leader, general counsel, and board member in the financial industry. In my career, I have led multiple strategic initiatives and regulatory change programs, key contract negotiations, discussions with regulators and industry bodies, dispute resolution cases as well as litigation cases and have initiated team transformations and “new ways of working and service delivery” cases. I have gained extensive experience in EU, UK, and Swiss laws and regulations, governance topics, financial service products (including development of innovative and bespoken solutions), cross-border business conduct, team building and talent development in an international context. Professional challenges in combination with an eye for innovation and optimization motivate me every day anew.
