In my role as Research Director I lead Forrester's Tech & Innovation research team in Europe that helps clients to leverage their technology foundations as well as emerging tech to sustain and transform their businesses. My team guides senior tech leaders - such as CIOs, CTOs and CDOs - through their digital transformation as well as the needed change of the underlying governance, culture, people, and processes. My personal area of expertise and thought leadership spans across the domains of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation, cloud and the internet-of-things, as well as the related transformational business issues. A specific part of our research focuses on the transformational business challenges and technology driven opportunities within the broader industrial manufacturing and automotive industries. I am also a deep domain expert in tech services and consulting trends as well as the underlying market dynamics.
