About Pascal Mauberger

Pascal Mauberger joined McPhy founder’s team in February 2009. Prior to joining McPhY, Mauberger was the Chief Operating Officer of Soitec a leading company in engineered substrates for micro electronic. In this position he drove the company thru a fast growing phase developing the business from 80 M€ in 2004 to 372 M€ in 2007. Mauberger came to Soitec with more than 20 years of international business experience. He launched and spent most of his career at Air Liquide, a global provider of industrial and medical gases and related services. There, he held various management positions, including vice president of electronics operations. In this role, he was credited with expanding the company’s global reach, resulting in improved sales infrastructure and worldwide profitability of Air Liquide’s semiconductor business. Just prior to joining Soitec, Mauberger spent two years as managing director of Vivendi Environment’s Water Systems Division, where he was responsible for overseeing international day-to-day operations, contributing to improved profitability for the company. Mauberger holds an engineering degree from France’s prestigious École Polytechnique, the French moral equivalent of a Ph.D. from MIT. Pascal Mauberger is Vice-President of AFYPAC, the french association for Hydrogen and Fuel cell, and a board member of the Tenerrdis cluster.
