About Pascal Mazou

As a Mechanical Engineer at L.E.S.S. SA, my focus is on the industrialization of machines and processes, while also optimizing mechanical design to enhance performance and efficiency. My role also includes the development of maintenance plans to ensure the long-term viability of systems. With six years of prior experience at LEMO Connector, I developed a multidisciplinary approach encompassing project management, mechanical design, and technical and commercial evaluation for high-quality connectivity solutions. My field experience and international travel, including collaborations during my time at SICPA, have fostered strong collaboration skills across diverse teams and environments. My experience at LEMO also includes the application of AMDEC (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) methodologies and a strong focus on quality assurance. Passionate about innovation, I integrate LEAN and Agile methodologies to maximize the added value of each project, while also transferring this know-how to new R&D designers.
