To whom it may concern, It’s my pleasure to offer you my services as a bartender in your cocktail bar. I recently moved to Melbourne with my Australian wife, and after seeing the level of professionalism, quality and originality in the menus of so many cocktail bars, I am impatient to get back to work. I have been working in hopsitality for over fifteen years, most of this time behind the bar. I have worked in many different types of bars, in roles with varying levels of responsibility. I have been part of opening teams of both bars and restaurants, helping to create their menus, service systems and also to attract and establish their clienteles.I’m a good one to make guests comfortable and happy; I always keep smiling even in busy times at work. My highest priority is upgrade my skills, I’ve learnt a lot over the years but the way of perfection is long and I’m always working to be the best barman I can be. I am French; I speak English well but I need to improve my linguistic level, so I’ll ask you to excuse my accent. You can be sure that after a quick time I‘ll became a perfectly integrated member of your team.I am available to work any shifts and can be flexible with rostering. I have a valid RSA certificate.
