As a member of Drees & Sommer, Pascal holds a position as Head of Design Engineering >350 international consultants (Managing Director) in the Stuttgart Headquarter. He is responsible for all topics related to the design business. The Design Engineering Unit (as a part of the EPCM Business Unit, Real Estate and Infra) provides design sevices in the areas Architecture, Building Physics, Building services Engineering, Energy Design, Facade Engineering, Structural Engineering, Infrastructure and develop sustainable and tailormade solutions for clients in all business areas all over the world. Drees & Sommer is an international consulting and design firm with 63 offices world wide and 6,400 staff members. Pascal holds currently also the position as Head of Building Services Engineering (>100 international consultants). As Head of Design Group and Member of the international Management-Circle at Deerns, Pascal led an international team of 30-40 consultants. Pascal was responsible for design & execution (national & international projects), project controlling, third party hiring & leading, staff hiring & leading and partly sales. Deerns is an international consulting firm, in the area of mechanical and industrial engineering and headquartered in the Netherlands (>600 employees). Prior to Deerns, Pascal worked as the Head of General Business Management at Imtech, from October 2013 until January 2016. Pascal was responsible for program management, execution of organizational and structural changes (as an integerated team with BCG), change management and business development. Further he developed a bright range of management tools and supported the sales process from the German entity of Imtech employees), on behalf of the CEO (Board Member of Royal Imtech employees). Between 2006 and 2016, Pascal held several managerial positions at Imtech. Specifically, he was Head of Green Solutions, Project Development Manager and Project Manager. Imtech was the prime contractor for telecommunications and mechanical & engineering projects, headquartered in Hamburg (Germany) and a part of the Royal Imtech N.V.(Netherlands). Pascal is also the founder and owner of pd Consulting, founded in 2001. Pascal closed the business (private equity consulting services) of pd Consulting in 06/2025, regarding the appointment as managing director within Drees & Sommer. By education Pascal holds two Master Degrees: a Master of Science with focus on technology and a Master of Business Administration with focus on integrated management.
