About Pascal Schlosser

As a young industrial engineer, I have a strong focus on product development, production and industrial management. I am passionate about making manufacturing efficient and addressing the constantly evolving needs of product development. I am fascinated by the creation process of products and am intrinsically motivated to view it from different perspectives in order to keep it lean and economical. This way I strive to understand and fulfill the customer needs fully. I joined Actuator Solutions GmbH (ASG) because it is the perfect company to sharpen my skills in theses areas. We are developing different actuators based on the Smart Memory Alloy (SMA) technology for different industries and manufacture some of them in house. Through my experience in mass production at Schaeffler and processes development at Siemens Healthineers I will push ASG forward at this crucial connection point. I am highly motivated to bring my experience into the industrial environment. Due to my intrinsic interest in understanding processes, I quickly acquire new knowledge in order to create future-proof products and manufacturing processes.
