About Pascal van Lierop

We are famous for integrating flexible and hybrid connectivity solutions into our global workforce management suite. Our solutions are fact-based, data-driven, and always compliant. Trained in Business Administration and with almost 20 years of experience, I noticed the change in the Global Work Force Management and Time and Attendance Industry, from selling items and services into maintaining and increasing turnover, but also keeping track on the costs of doing so. I earned my experience working first in a more technical environment, writing functional designs and analysing complex compliancy situations in a technical way as product manager, progressing to Project Manager and Business consultant from Local to Global based clients, e.g. Primark and Linde Gas, in a process and procedure advisory role, facilitating the logics and functionality of the ManusPlus Time and attendance, Time evaluation and Workforce Managements solutions. I enjoy discussing the ways of improving business processes to achieve goals, keeping true on clients identity and business culture, but also facilitating the wish (sometimes the need) to make changes which impact all levels of the organisation, all within local law and legislation and Collective Labour rules. In that I’m able to use my experience on the topics, but also the knowledge on procedures needed to streamline processes, using the newest functionality and technological possibilities available. My specialties are: a wide knowledge of Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Employment Legislation, Collective Labour agreements and Turnover, Budgeting & Productivity in a Global environment. Using these skills in giving (sales) Demonstrations and performing Training courses. Generating Sales offers and Project Initiation Documents with also focus on Change management. Resource management and motivational skills to get project members to use their full potential. In my spare time, besides spending time with my loved ones, I am a passionate diver, training others as a PADI Dive Master, driving my motorbike and having proper workouts while boxing. I am also currently restoring an old-timer Volkswagen Bug as an amateur mechanic.
