About Pascal Vidal

Experienced academic leader with comprehensive International higher education experience (from curriculum design, program & faculty management, international development, accreditation processes in France (Visas CEFDG, CTI) and internationally (USA, UK, Switzerland, Ivory Coast. and AACSB, EFMD). Dr. Pascal Vidal has about 25 years of experience in the academic world and academic administration. He was the Ceram Business School Associate Dean for the CKO research axis between 2003 and 2005, Dean of the faculty between 2005 and June 2008 (elected twice), Associate Dean for international development of SKEMA Business School between 2008 and 2010. While in charge of the international development of SKEMA he was involved in the “Chinese Campus Project” before to manage the "US campus project"(exploration, business model.). Appointed to be the SKEMA US campus Dean (Summer 2010) he managed the entire project (from the building design (classroom design, building out process.) to the legal, administrative, and academic dimensions. The SKEMA Raleigh Campus, first non US business School campus in the US, welcomed its first students in Raleigh North Carolina in January 2011. In September 2017, he was appointed Associate Dean of Academic Programs at KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL, where he oversaw the program offering and pedagogical innovation, as well as academic accreditations (French and international) and international academic partnerships. He then joined OMNES Education in 2020 as Dean of academic programs and in 2023 he was promoted Chief Academic Officer overseeing different departments (Pedagogical transformation and Program offering, Accreditations (National & International, academic and professional ones), International relations, Student services). Expert for the DRIRE (Regional Department for Research, Industry and Environment) during several years, he used to regularly lecture on the ESA MBA program (Beyrouth, Lebanon). Dr. Pascal Vidal has published an information systems course manual in 2005, 2nd edition in 2009 (Pearson Education) and a book on Information systems for SMEs dedicated to practitioners in 2007. He has also published several case studies (EECH, IVEY, CCMP) and has been awarded three times by the French Case clearing house (CCMP) in 2006, 2008 and 2010. Dr. Pascal Vidal holds a master in computer applied to management, a postgraduate degree in Engineering Economic Organizations and a doctorate thesis from Aix-Marseille University and is a graduate of the International Teacher’s Program (ITP), from Stockholm School of Economics.
