About Pascal Willems

Pascal Willems is kept busy with company law in the broadest sense of the word. For example, he advises companies on general terms and conditions and the contracts they use and assists them with collecting outstanding bills. He also specializes in labour and social security law. He advises employers and employees alike and assists them in legal proceedings, as far as the Netherlands Supreme Court, if necessary. Pascal is also widely experienced in corporate and other acquisitions, reorganization and restructuring. Apart from Labour and company law, Pascal focuses on assisting professionals, such as medical practitioners, in relation to medical and other disciplinary rules. He also lectures and offers courses to employers and medical practitioners and writes articles on labour law for a number of magazines such as the professional journals BG Magazine, Tijdschrift Arbeidsrecht, Tijdschrift Arbo, TBV and MKB Ondernemen. Pascal Willems is a member of the Arnhem Branch of the Arnhem Branch of the Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht Advocaten and the Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht.
