I am Pascaline, I am 38 years old. Who i am from my network : I am people oriented From my family : I am a lovely smiling person. I love learning and discovering from people and different culture. I am curious! For the 5 last years i have enjoyed learning from my teammates, seeing them growing and realized how they made me grow too. Accompanying them in a human and demanding way with empathy is what is making me happy. Helping, assisting, supporting is part of my behaviors. Balanced between my personal and professional values, I like when it bounce and move! In 2015 I wrote:"One day I will work for Decathlon in Africa" In 2017: I am landing in Kenya with my husband and my daughter as the communication leader and boxing sport leader. In 2018: Recruitment of the first Kenyan teammates and gave birth to Sasha my second born. November 2017: 1st store opening! In 2020: I took the Human experience reference, and coaching 8 teammates So far we work daily hand in hand "to make sport accessible to the many in Kenya" Next steps- After my Kenyan experience, I would love continuing to participate to the Decathlon human's strategies and helping the people I work with to live a successful teammate's experience- Accompanying a leader, a team and or a human project and being a resource for the Expatriation team. The most important for me now : whatever my next job will be, I wish to continue learning from my work, from/with the people, AND Keep my lifestyle balance!
