Passionate about kitchen since I was a child, after graduating I moved to Roma where I attended a professional course and a master for professional chef at the "Coquis ateneo italiano della cucina" My Carrer as a professional chef starts at the school and continues with my desire of making experience thanks various transfers from London to Germany, Spain and Netherlands Moving around Europe gave me the possibility to work with several languages and learn how to adapt sucessfully in different work places as well I could have the oportunity to open my mind to others cultures not only from a culinary point of view. During these years I worked in all those formats: tapas bar, catering event and weddings, small and big restaurants, starred restaurant, hotels, gastropubs.
