About Pasquale Sementilli

I hold a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, with a strong scientific foundation and a deep interest in medical communication and the pharmaceutical industry. My academic journey began with preclinical research in neuropsychopharmacology, where I conducted experimental studies on rat models focused on brain interconnections and behavioral pharmacology. I actively contributed to the planning and execution of lab activities, gaining hands-on experience in experimental design and data interpretation. To broaden my business and strategic perspective, I completed a postgraduate Master’s in “Management and Marketing of the Pharmaceutical Industry.” Currently, I work in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and Quality R&D, where I am involved in the preparation and review of clinical documentation (IMPD, IBs, protocol), liaising with internal and external stakeholders including CROs and ethics committees. These combined experiences have shaped a comprehensive understanding of the drug development process — from preclinical research to clinical and regulatory stages — and have sparked my strong interest in pursuing a role as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL). I am particularly drawn to the MSL position as it integrates scientific expertise, communication skills, and collaborative work with KOLs and cross-functional teams. I am eager to contribute to medical strategy, engage with the scientific community, and support evidence-based decision-making in dynamic, international environments. I am goal-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
