About Passion Chambers

My background and experience separates me from other Realtors. Graduating with a B.S in Business from California State University East Bay I was an Executive assistant for a highly recognized General Contracting company. This has allowed me to be involved in countless Property Renovations and New Home Construction from start to finish. I have managed residential and commercial properties for over 10 years and in 2007 became a Certified Housing Counselor for NID-HCA, a HUD Approved non profit, helping struggling families save their home and investment properties from foreclosure. I connected directly with the community in their time of need when the Economy was upside down. Within my role as an housing counselor I helped host First Time HomeBuyers Certification courses that made sure future homeowners were ready and qualified to purchase and will never experience foreclosure with the right tools. My areas of specialties include finding and rehabbing distressed properties, working closely with Investors, FHA-203k, working with buyers and sellers. Currently I am training to add Appraiser to my resume. Other than being an Realtor I love to Bake! Overall, I have a passion for financial wealth, smart investment, baking, and most of all…REAL ESTATE.
