I have over 30 years experience in offshore and onshore oil and gas electrical systems, pneumatic and electronic process control and safety systems, fire and gas detection systems, and production facilities equipment. This experience includes design, specification, construction and installation supervision, testing, trouble shooting, commissioning and startup, and overall project management for implementation of these systems. Throughout the last 15 years I have been responsible for developing, reviewing, and approving regulatory compliance submittals for new offshore facilities and for modifications of existing offshore facilities. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana-Lafayette) and I am a licensed engineer in Louisiana.
