PAT BEST is passionate about helping busy people take the time to step away from their hectic lives to explore the world. She believes travel blogger Matthew Karsten’s quote that “An investment in travel is an investment in yourself.” A short fast trip through 17 European countries on a motorcycle cinched Pat’s love of travel. Four years after becoming a certified travel advisor, Pat started a travel club in Kingston called Women of the World (WoW) which ran successfully for seven years. The purpose of the group was to encourage women to get out and see the world either as solo travellers or with other like-minded women. Numerous recommendations on Pat’s website and Facebook page attest to her ability to make travel planning, and the trip itself, a memorable and stress-free experience. As with many of her clients, as the years race by, she increasingly wants to experience more of our beautiful world. In winter 2020, she spent a month in the south of Spain enjoying living like a local - shopping, cooking, walking, and exploring while continuing her work as a dedicated travel advisor.
