About Pat Brown

With over 40 years of worldwide design and construction management experience, I am currently the Hangars Cargo Facilities GSE MAintenance and Flight Catering design lead and Business Development Manager for Burns & McDonnell’s Aviation & Federal group, where I’ve served as a senior project manager for commercial aviation facility and aerospace & defense manufacturing facility planning design and construction. I’ve dedicated my career to airport support facilities including aircraft line and heavy maintenance hangars and shops, paint hangars, airship hangars, air cargo facilities, central stores/supply chain automated warehouses, package express facilities, ground support equipment maintenance facilities, flight catering kitchens, and FBO and Corporate Flight facilities. My expertise also extends to aerospace and defense industry manufacturing facility design and construction including airframe assembly lines, component and system manufacturing, and development and testing facilities. During my time in the industry, I’ve developed experience in management of large design only and design-build projects, and in program management of large multi-facility development programs. I also have extensive experience both as a consultant and as a client representative. An architect, I hold a professional BArch degree and an MS in Architectural Engineering/Construction Management.
