I have 8-year experiences combined in QA and QC. The major responsibilities and accomplishments are: 1. Auditing-ISO and GMP audits: All passed. Mostly solely leading the audits-Leading major, well-known customer audits (Lion Nathan, Sanitarium, Mars Petcare, Kraft Heinz): All passed-Internal audits. Managing and maintaining QMS. Writing SOPs and reviewing quality documents. Investigation of non-conformances and managing CAPA. Liaising with suppliers, contractors and customers on food safety, customer requests, statutory requirements and compliances. Opportunities to developing 2 food colour matches as per customer specifications from September to November 2021. Both colours have been commercialised. Conducting risk assessment to manufacturing processes. Conducting mock recalls. Providing training to quality team members and other employees. I have a Ph.D. in food microbiology. My Ph.D.'s major achievement is developing a new rapid method to detect Salmonella in eggs and egg products. There was a possible commercialisation of the new medium for rapid Salmonella detection developed in this research. Interest was shown by a third-party diagnostic company in foods and pharmaceuticals, and New South Innovations Pty Ltd, a division of University of New South Wales that offers contract consultancies and manages intellectual property and commercialisation.
