About Pat Brown

I am a healthcare administrator with experience, specialized knowledge and training in social work, behavioral health, coaching and business management. I have held leadership positions over the past 15 years and many of the skills and talents I possess apply to various positions in healthcare and other industries. My skills and talents include people management and process management including budgeting, utilization reviews, process improvement, case management, customer service with special emphasis on point of entry functions. In 2014, after the loss of a family member due to a Traumatic Brian Injury, I returned to the clinical arena in a direct service role at Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care. My message to all is that life can change in a moment, pursue your dreams. My dream is to return to a leadership role in healthcare where I can impact services and the growth of employees in a positive way!
