About Pat Clark

Quality Assurance and Compliance Leadership Resourceful and collaborative, I am a highly versatile quality assurance professional with expertise in creating, shaping and delivering compliance strategies across a number of operating sites within Europe. I have a range of skills and experience in chilled ready to eat food manufacturing and the aviation sector such as, Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety, Aviation In-flight Security, aircraft clean and de-icing. Leading transformational change programmes, I work fluidly throughout the organisation and supply chain, engaging stakeholders and driving change through clearly articulated benefit. I have also undertaken assignments outside Europe for business development. I completed a 6 month project in the role of Business Unit Manager within an operational setting. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders to support the change programme. I am leading the turnaround of this operation both financially and in terms of service provision. I am now seeking new opportunities to use my skills to add value to a new organisation
