UPDATE 2018: Pat and Todd Fifield have moved to New York! They are currently working on getting their musical "Talent" into a workshop format. Pat is also working on completing "The Summerside Inn," a novel and screenplay spanning five decades and three generations. Pat spent the majority of 2014 traveling the United States and ended up in Florida, writing full time. She then met a composer and after several months became the librettist for his new musical, which is in production. Her first book,"To Protect and Serve," is now available on Amazon.com! Keep an eye out for her next three:"Charley and the Harley,""Christmas Cowboy" and "The Princess and the PC." Pat has been with LegalShield for over 12 years and is a Group Benefits Specialist. She thoroughly enjoys helping employees at small businesses Worry Less and Live More. Although semi-retired, she would love introductions to small business owners with 4 or more employees. Biography: Pat Adeff has diligently indulged her love of writing ever since picking up a pencil in Mrs. Shaner’s 1st grade class at McKinley Elementary School in Redlands, CA. The author of 13 plays, which have been produced in community theatres across Southern California, Pat has earned several awards for her writing. She is the co-founder of an award-winning arts academy, and founded a youth theatre workshop at the historic Redlands Footlighters Theatre. Pat has several more books in the works, a made-for-TV movie, as well as another play. She's finding more ideas for stories than she has time to write. Pat is an incurable romantic and definitely believes in happily-ever-afters, at any stage of life. Her own life is a great example! Visit her new website at
