About Pat Geary

Pat is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CEG Capital Partners, and also serves as President and CEO of CEG Advisors and CEG Management. Pat focuses on the sourcing and acquisition of new investment opportunities, leading the company’s brokerage and management platforms, and developing and managing investor and client relations. A commercial real estate professional since 2006, Pat has been involved in the acquisition, stabilization, disposition, management, and leasing of more than $450 million in transaction volume, consisting of 3.5 million square feet, over 100 escrows and 500+ leases. In 2017, CEG was formed to provide a full-service platform focused on the private capital commercial real estate sector. The company advises clients and partners in a variety of service lines, including direct investment as a Sponsor/Operator, property management, and brokerage. Pat grew up in Sacramento and has lived in San Diego since 2002, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Finance with an Emphasis in Real Estate from San Diego State University. As Co-Founder of The Real Estate Society of SDSU, Pat continues his involvement as an Advisory Board Member of The Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate. Additionally, Pat is an active member and sponsor of the San Diego Chapter of NAIOP and serves on the Business Development Committee for The College Area Business District.
