See a problem, solve a problem. For over 20 years, Ihave been helping leaders and teams in the Federal public service deliver results under pressure. I focus on creating clear structures, strengthening governance and improving how services and people are managed so that organizations can run more smoothly and maintain public trust. I am a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA), a graduate of the Office of the Comptroller General’s Advanced Financial Officer Development Program, and a PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner. My experience includes- Leading teams through challenging workloads- Supporting executives with clear and practical advice- Strengthening financial policy, planning and internal controls- Managing human and financial resources and reporting with care and accuracy- Finding practical ways to reduce complexity in systems and processes. What drives me is helping organizations stay steady, effective and accountable, even when resources are tight and demands are high.
